Three-dimensional simulation of controlled cooling of electronic component by natural and mixed convection

چکیده
The present study is the 3-D simulation of cooling control electronic component, by natural convection and mixed in a cubical enclosure, filled with air. heating square portion similar to integrated device releasing constant flux placed on right vertical wall enclosure. same has, its upper part, an extractor, while rest considered adiabatic. Its opposite has opening maintained at cold temperature. For low temperatures, component provided convection, however, case strong temperature gradients, operating variable velocity, allows evacuation dissipated heat. distribution as well flow fluid cavity studied according governing parameters, namely Rayleigh Reynolds numbers. obtained results show that components great industrial interest compared continuous (ventilation), optimal choice parameters material constituting components.
